Top Foods To Burn Fat

The best food to eat to burn fat is vegetables.  Any green vegetable is going to give your body the ability to burn fat because it creates an alkaline environment in your body. We’re talking about broccoli, asparagus, brussel sprouts, cabbage, anything and everything green. Avocados and cucumbers are especially excellent!

You also want to make sure that you are drinking water. Drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water every single day. That’s how much your body needs just to go ahead and perform daily activities. If you weigh 200 pounds, you have to be drinking 100 ounces of water a day.

On top of that, you want to be sure that the water you’re drinking is alkaline and not acidic. If you are drinking popular waters such as DeerPark or Poland Springs, you are drinking acidic water. You want to drink water that has a pH level higher than 7.  Fiji Water has a 7.7 pH and Essentia Water usually has a 9.5 pH level.  These are examples alkaline waters and are therefore going to allow your body to release fat.
