Just adding nutritional biohacks can, and will, improve your life experience. It is going to help make every day a little bit better. It could also help reduce the amount of inflammation in your body. It can help you cognitively function better. But in order to truly optimize your life experience, you are going to need to remove yourself from environments that are deleterious to your health and start eating live, unprocessed foods.
And it is not just environments, like being affected in smog-filled areas and eating poor-quality foods. It is also associating yourself with poor-quality people. There is an idea out there that you are the average of the five people that you hang out with, so you want to make sure that you are going to be hanging out with higher-level people who are not bringing you down, because it is not just your environment, it is not just the food. Biohacking can also be a social thing as well.
If you are hanging out with low-quality people who are constantly complaining, you are going to notice yourself also on the negative level, and then the way you think is usually going to be expressed in the way you feel, and the way you feel is pretty much going to explain what your life happiness is as well.
So, it is not just about food, it is not just about your environment. You also want to make sure you are surrounding yourself with high-quality people. So, if you want to soar with the eagles, you got to stop hanging out with the turkeys.
