The Elite Performance Team provides young riders and experienced cyclists with the tools for success – exclusive support, knowledge, training protocols and inspiration to take your fitness and racing to new heights.

One-on-one coaching allows you access to the talents of Dr. Jan Kasprowicz. Cycling is his passion and coaching on strength, conditioning and recovery allows him to share success with others.

Power is the “Holy Grail” of cycling.  Increase your POWER on the bike with OFF the bike training to tap into untrained power reserves. Be a stronger and faster cyclist through the Monster Power Protocol online platform.

The Monster Power Protocol is designed to boost your functional threshold power (FTP) and achieve maximum sustained power (MSP) through the utilization of 12 week program to develop increased functional power on the bike and off the bike.

1.Assessments/Onboarding meeting

2. Correctives to eliminate and weak links

3. Strength Cycle to build a solid foundation for power

4. Absolute Power Power Output (APO) Cycle to generate speed

5. Maximum Sustained Power Cycle allows you to hold APO longer on hills and sprints.
