Our Total Body Conditioning Program is a proven medically supervised core strengthening and total body conditioning program. What that means is you’re utilizing all the major muscle groups of your body every single time that you come into the office. No two workouts are the same and we utilize heart rate training with a heart rate monitor to make sure that you are working at the proper intensity to achieve your goals – whether it is to create muscle and/or drop some body fat.
Our program was designed by a clinical exercise physiologist who has been working with the sedentary but also the obese population. He’s been able to convert it to the ‘everyday person’ as well.
Each visit is about 30 to 40 minutes and it also includes chiropractic adjustments, stretching, core stability and full-body workouts as well. We are open seven days a week. On Saturdays and Sundays, we also incorporate boxing into the mix, as well, because it’s a great full-body workout.
Our Total Body Conditioning Program is 24 to 30 visits. By the end of the program, each client designs their own program for the last 3 to 4 visits so this way, we know that they are confident enough and independent enough to be able to put their own exercise programs together and can be independent of having to join a gym or hire a trainer.
Dr. Kasprowicz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Montclair State University and graduated from the New York Chiropractic College with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2001. He is certified in the Graston Technique, Kinesio Tape certified, and fully certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, as well as, the New Jersey State Board of Chiropractic.
